Pamela Johnson aka "ball and chain" according to James grew up in Northern California, bugging her father as he worked learning everything she could about bikes. As she grew up she eventually developed a love for Café Racers in her young teens which would eventually drive her to James.

James Johnson aka "that dude" according to Pamela grew up in sunny Southern California, working in any shop that didn't get tired of him learning every part of the business he could. When James wasn't working he often spent his weekends riding up and down the California coast, which would eventually lead to that fateful day he ran into Pamela. As time went on James and Pamela would eventually save up enough money to open Café Motors.
